My place is close to the beach, great views, and family-friendly activities.

It has an open plan style lounge /dining area with 32" TV and DVD player along with a selection of DVDs and games. The dining area has an extending table making it easier for everyone to sit down for family meals.

You’ll love my place because of the views and the location. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

The unit has lockable, double glazed windows making it secure as well as warm.

The caravan has full central heating with radiators in all the rooms via the combi gas boiler which also provides instant hot water.

The caravan has its own parking alongside for 1 - 2 cars.

There ie a key safe outside the property. You will be advised of the code prior to your stay, it is normally set to the last 4 digits of the contact number I have been given for you.

I do not live on the Island, but can be contact through the site, or by text message is best as I often have a poor signal.

A friend who lives on the site manages the caravan on my behalf who I can contact quickly if there is a problem.

There is a bus stop just outside the gates to the park.

Passes for the site can be purchased from reception and prices start from £30 for a long weekend. I have not included passes in the price as not everyone plans to use the facilities on the site, i.e. Isle of Wight Festival or visiting family etc...

Beds are made up on arrival and we provide towels for use within the property. Please can you provide your own towels for use in the swimming pools or beach.

The WI-FI is provided by the site and the quality of this is beyond my control.

At mini-roundabout bear left onto the A3054 then at traffic signals turn left onto the A3054 – Town Centre, Esplanade then turn left again onto the A3054

Bear left (one-way) onto St Thomas Square – A3054 then bear right onto Esplanade – A3055

At Esplanade roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A3055

At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A3055 towards Sandown

Westridge Cross, at traffic signals continue forward onto the A3055

At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A3055 and continue to Yarbridge Cross, at traffic signals turn left onto Sandown Road – B3395 towards Bembridge

At mini-roundabout continue forward onto Sandown Road – B3395

Bear right onto Sandown Road then bear left onto Hillway Road for approx. mile

Head west on Town Quay toward High Street for 125 mtrs

Turn left at High St for 40 mtrs

High St turns right and becomes B3325/Carvel Lane for 60 mtrs

Turn left at B3325/Terminus Rd – Continue to follow B3325 for 0.9 miles

Turn left at Pl Rd/B3325 – Continue to follow B3325 for 1.2 miles

Turn right at A3020/Newport Rd – Continue to follow A3020 for 2.2 miles

At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto A3054/Medina Way for 0.7 miles

Turn left at A3020/Snook’s Hill – Continue to follow Snook’s Hill for 100 mtrs

Turn right at Staplers Rd for 0.6 miles Slight right at Long Ln for 1.1 miles

Continue on Longlane Shute for 0.5 miles

At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Downend Rd for 0.1 miles

Turn left toward Bullys Hill for 2.5 miles

Turn right at Bullys Hill for 2.3 miles

Turn right at The Mall for 0.1 miles

Turn left at Lower Adgestone Rd for 90 mtrs

Continue on B3395/Sandown Rd – Continue to follow B3395 for 2.5 miles

From Ryde Pier Head Rail Station walk about 12 mins to Ryde Bus Station

From Ryde Bus Station (East-Bound) take Southern Vectis Bus 8 and that will bring you straight to the park

From Brading, adjacent to Rowborough Cottages take Southern Vectis Bus 8 towards Sandown, Melville Street and get off at Whitecliff Bay Holiday Park

A 30 second stroll to Whitecliff Bay Holiday Park
